I grew up doing anything I could outdoors: hiking, hunting, fishing, backpacking, rock climbing. In school, I played lacrosse and ran cross-country. But I dove deeper into sports and athletics a little bit later in life. I started long distance running after high school and trained for multiple half marathons and countless 5k’s and 10k’s. I then started doing triathlons and completed both sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. I was then introduced to CrossFit by my two older siblings, and I fell in love with it! CrossFit has helped me build my strength while still keeping my cardio in a good place, and has helped me prevent injuries. I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2021 and have loved all of it.
I feel honored to be able to share what I love with others. CrossFit has changed the way that I view health and fitness and I hope to help others learn to love it the way I do.
