Our mission is to provide kids and teens opportunities to stay active, play sports and build a healthy lifestyle. We have Summer programs for ages 3-17! Our programs are designed to teach sound movement, build strength, improve coordination, balance, agility and speed. Whether your child is looking to gain strength and skills for other sports or have fun, we are the program for them!

Welcome to our youth school year programs! Our programs focus on promoting fitness, building confidence, and encouraging teamwork through fun and challenging activities. Below, you will find detailed information about the sessions we are offering this school year.

WINTER/spring PROGRAMS AGES 9-17
Our school year program for ages 9-17 is designed to build athletic performance as well as general physical fitness through a comprehensive approach that includes powerlifting, Olympic lifting, conditioning, agility, speed, mobility, and bodyweight exercises. Kids will develop strength and technique in lifting, while also improving their agility, speed, and overall conditioning. Our program emphasizes proper form and safety, ensuring a fun and engaging experience that helps young athletes reach their fitness goals and build lifelong healthy habits.

SPRING 1: MARCH 6 -APRIL 6 (4 WEEKS)- AGES 12 AND UP
- THURDAYS: 4PM-4:45PM – “TEEN BUILD”
- SUNDAYS: 12:15PM-1:15PM- “PRE TEEN/TEEN BUILD + BURN”

TEEN BUILD- Ages 12-17
Designed specifically for growing teenagers, this strength training program focuses on building muscle, improving technique, and developing overall athleticism in a fun and supportive environment. Perfect for teen athletes looking to enhance sports performance and for those who simply want to stay active and strong. Sessions emphasize proper weightlifting mechanics, functional strength, and confidence-building exercises tailored to the needs of young athletes.
PRE-TEEN/TEEN BUILD + BURN- Ages 9-17
A dynamic strength and conditioning program for teens, combining weightlifting, plyometrics, and metabolic conditioning. Designed to build muscle, improve athletic performance, and enhance overall fitness, this program is perfect for teen athletes looking to gain an edge in their sport or for those who simply want to stay active and strong. With a focus on proper technique, explosive power, and endurance, Teen Build + Burn helps young athletes develop strength, speed, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
