Our mission is to provide kids and teens opportunities to stay active, play sports and build a healthy lifestyle. We have school year programs for ages 3-17! Our programs are designed to teach sound movement, build strength, improve coordination, balance, agility and speed. Whether your child is looking to gain strength and skills for other sports or have fun, we are the program for them!

Welcome to our Winter & Spring youth programs! Our programs focus on promoting fitness, building confidence, and encouraging teamwork through fun and challenging activities. Below, you will find detailed information about the sessions we are offering this Summer.

winter/spring PROGRAMS AGES 8 and up
Our Winter program for ages 8 and up is designed to build athletic performance as well as general physical fitness through a comprehensive approach that includes powerlifting, Olympic lifting, conditioning, agility, speed, mobility, and bodyweight exercises. Kids and teens will develop strength and technique in lifting, while also improving their agility, speed, and overall conditioning. Our program emphasizes proper form and safety, ensuring a fun and engaging experience that helps young athletes reach their fitness goals and build lifelong healthy habits.
SPRING 1 SESSION – REGISTRATION OPEN
APRIL 2-MAY 3 (4 WEEKS)- 2 DAYS PER WEEK
- THURSDAYS AND SUNDAYS – AGES 11 AND UP
- THURSDAYS AT 4PM-4:45PM
- SUNDAYS AT 12:15PM-1:15PM
- No Class Sunday 4/5
- COST: $59 (FOR 4 WEEKS)
APRIL 12-MAY 3 (4 WEEKS) – 1 DAY PER WEEK
- SUNDAYS – AGES 8 AND UP

- APRIL 12, APRIL 19, APRIL 26, MAY 3
- NO CLASS EASTER SUNDAY APRIL 5
- COST: $25 (4 SUNDAYS)
