Our mission is to provide kids and teens opportunities to stay active, play sports and build a healthy lifestyle. We have Summer programs for ages 3-17! Our programs are designed to teach sound movement, build strength, improve coordination, balance, agility and speed. Whether your child is looking to gain strength and skills for other sports or have fun, we are the program for them!

Welcome to our RevUp Kids Summer Programs! We have designed exciting and engaging sessions tailored to different age groups. Our programs focus on promoting fitness, building confidence, and encouraging teamwork through fun and challenging activities. Below, you will find detailed information about the sessions we are offering this summer. Pro-rate pricing is available for children that will miss more than one week of a session. SUMMER PROGRAMS AGES 9-17
Our summer program for ages 9-17 is designed to build athletic performance as well as general physical fitness through a comprehensive approach that includes powerlifting, Olympic lifting, conditioning, agility, speed, mobility, and bodyweight exercises. Kids will develop strength and technique in lifting, while also improving their agility, speed, and overall conditioning. Our program emphasizes proper form and safety, ensuring a fun and engaging experience that helps young athletes reach their fitness goals and build lifelong healthy habits.
Our program for ages 6-9 focuses on developing body awareness, building strength, and fostering a love for fitness through fun and engaging activities. We emphasize age-appropriate exercises that help children improve their coordination and physical abilities in a safe environment. By combining fitness with play, we aim to instill lifelong healthy habits and a positive attitude towards physical activity, ensuring that our young participants enjoy every moment while learning the importance of staying active and healthy.

SUMMER PROGRAMS AGES 3-6
Our kids’ classes for ages 3-6 are designed to be fun and engaging, helping young children develop coordination, balance, and strength. Through playful activities and age-appropriate exercises, we create an enjoyable environment where kids can enhance their physical abilities while having a great time. Our goal is to introduce the fundamentals of fitness in a way that keeps children excited and motivated, setting the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.
