Our mission is to provide kids and teens opportunities to stay active, play sports and build a healthy lifestyle. We have Summer programs for ages 3-17! Our programs are designed to teach sound movement, build strength, improve coordination, balance, agility and speed. Whether your child is looking to gain strength and skills for other sports or have fun, we are the program for them!

Welcome to our RevUp Kids school year programs! Our programs focus on promoting fitness, building confidence, and encouraging teamwork through fun and challenging activities. Below, you will find detailed information about the sessions we are offering this school year. Pro-rate pricing is available for children that will miss more than one week of a session. fall PROGRAMS AGES 9-17
Our school year program for ages 9-17 is designed to build athletic performance as well as general physical fitness through a comprehensive approach that includes powerlifting, Olympic lifting, conditioning, agility, speed, mobility, and bodyweight exercises. Kids will develop strength and technique in lifting, while also improving their agility, speed, and overall conditioning. Our program emphasizes proper form and safety, ensuring a fun and engaging experience that helps young athletes reach their fitness goals and build lifelong healthy habits.
