Our mission is to provide kids and teens opportunities to stay active, play sports and build a healthy lifestyle. We have school year programs for ages 3-17! Our programs are designed to teach sound movement, build strength, improve coordination, balance, agility and speed. Whether your child is looking to gain strength and skills for other sports or have fun, we are the program for them!

Welcome to our Fall youth programs! Our programs focus on promoting fitness, building confidence, and encouraging teamwork through fun and challenging activities. Below, you will find detailed information about the sessions we are offering this Summer.

fall PROGRAMS AGES 11 and up
Our Summer program for ages 11 and up is designed to build athletic performance as well as general physical fitness through a comprehensive approach that includes powerlifting, Olympic lifting, conditioning, agility, speed, mobility, and bodyweight exercises. Teens will develop strength and technique in lifting, while also improving their agility, speed, and overall conditioning. Our program emphasizes proper form and safety, ensuring a fun and engaging experience that helps young athletes reach their fitness goals and build lifelong healthy habits.
FALL 4 SESSION – NOV 20 – DEC 21(4 WEEKS)

- THURSDAYS 4PM-4:45PM
- SUNDAYS 12:15PM-1:15PM
- COST: $59 FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION
- NO CLASS 11/27 AND 11/30
- AGES 8+
- SUNDAYS AT 12:15PM
- 11/23, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21 NO CLASS 11/30,
- COST: $25 FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION

fall PROGRAMS AGES 3-7
Our program for ages 3–7 introduces young kids to movement through play-based activities that build coordination, balance, and body awareness. Using fun games, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate challenges, children learn to run, jump, crawl, and climb in a safe and supportive environment. This class also helps kids develop listening skills, social interaction, and a positive relationship with physical activity—all while having fun!
