UPCF CLASS TYPES
NEW TO CROSSFIT
Beginners and any fitness level are welcome in all of our classes! We also offer a 1.5 hour personal intro session called “Ramp Up” this can be scheduled at your convenience. This one-on-one is a great way to get an overview of the movements and what to expect in a CrossFit class and is only $40. Purchase a Ramp Up session. >>
CROSSFIT
Mix of cardio and weightlifting. Each workout can be tailored to the individual’s level, experience and any limitations. Constantly varried, functional movements performed at high intensity.
What to expect in a CrossFit classes

- Coach led, intentional warm up
- Coach lead demos and practice with movement technique work
- Tailored to your level
- Group workout that mixes cardio (bike, run, row, jump rope) with weightlifting movements and body weight movements. It is different every time!
- High intensity and strength building
- Strength cycles- where we work on specific lifts (deadlift, presses, squats, cleans, snatch) and test improvement over 6-8 weeks.
CLUB 55
Group classes tailored for individuals over 50. Gain strength, mobility, balance and endurance. Functional movements that carry over to everyday life.

- Coach helping with technique throughout each class
- Tailored to your abilities
- Mix of lifting weights and cardio
BUILD
Focus on building muscle through power lifting (deadlifts, squats and presses) and functional body building. Lower intensity compared to our CrossFit classes.

- Strength programming
- Weightlifting focused on building muscle to support a healthy lifestyle
- Zone 2 cardio- (lower intensity cardio)
PUGET SOUND WEIGHTLIFTING
Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch and Clean and Jerk) focused classes. Each class has programming to work on lifting techniques, progressions and gaining top line strength.
What to expect in a PSW (Strength) class
- Professional and encouraging coaches
- Self paced warm up with a coach to provide suggestions
- Programming (Olympic or Power)
- Self paced lifting with a coach present to proved direction and technique advice
KIDS/TEENS
Programs throughout the year for kids and teens ages 3-17! Gain confidence, get stronger, have fun and make friends!
